RESKUA ("we", "us", "our") provides safety features including live location sharing to trusted contacts. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

Information we collect

• Profile information you provide (for example: display name).
• Trusted contact details you add on your device (for example: phone numbers).
• Location data when you choose to start sharing or initiate an SOS alert.
• Technical data needed to operate the service (for example: timestamps and device/app diagnostics).

How we use information

• Provide live tracking links and show real-time location to your authorized viewers.
• Send notifications to your trusted contacts when you start sharing.
• Improve reliability, performance, and safety features.
• Comply with legal obligations and prevent misuse.

Location sharing controls

Location sharing happens only when you start it in the app. You can stop sharing at any time. When sharing ends, the tracking session is ended and later removed from our database based on retention settings.

Data retention

We retain active tracking sessions while sharing is active. Ended sessions may be retained for a limited period to support reliability and troubleshooting.

Security

We use industry-standard security practices. However, no system can be guaranteed 100% secure. Please share tracking links only with trusted people.
